I am an enthusiastic experienced designer with six years experience analyzing data in the financial industry.
Work
I have one year experience in formal user-experience research with a live mobile product. My responsibility was applying qualitative and quantitative insights that I gathered from new and power users to increase session length and adoption.
My CV
Conducted interviews with Focos Live power users. Based off the interviews and Flurry analytic data, iterative improvements were made to increase user satisfaction.
Developed empathetic user personas, stories, and journey maps to improve functionality and usability to better understand the user’s needs.
Created sketches, low-fi & high-fi wireframes that developed into a clickable prototype to share with users for testing.
Synthesized data from user testing into a report and presented to the developer. Benefits to our redesign showed that it would attract a wider audience, increase upgrade conversions, and more sharing with others creating growing awareness.
